Anyone running nitrous with a roots? Alright over the winter i'm rebuilding my motor with forged internals and putting my TVS2300 back on it. I want to run a 50 shot to cool down the IAT's and pick up some power at the track. Would a dry shot be the better way to go or wet? Anyone out there doing this or tried it? I know water/meth injecton works but i'm not really a big fan of it.

You can do either dry or wet. I set all the ones up I do with a wet system. Easier to tune and better chance of having the mixture of N/F to each cylinder.
Some people claim a wet system will wash out the bearrings. I have never seen or had that issue.

I have tuned 50, 75 and 100 dry shots through a magnacharger 112 (9psi) on a 6.0L. There was minimal IAT reductions however picked up a solid gain in E.T. Be sure to go colder on the plugs for a 75+ shot and use a non projected plug.
