I'm not a fan of the driveshaft tunnel mounted bottles, or the few that I've seen mounted just above the gas tank, so I scrapped the spare tire and welded in a bracket. I will have more pics of the bracket and such, but it was made with some angle iron that I boxed up and welded in between the wheelwell and rear metal. Hides away quite nice. I know I'm not the first to do this, but I thought I'd share anyways.

looks good, i have mine tunnel mounted, but its just a ticket waiting to happen. although i have been pulled twice and neither l.e.o. said anything about it. i may switch to either the one you did or mount it down in the t-top place.
