Hey guys,
Quick question, is it normal to get some air leakage through the NANO valve? Maybe because its pretty cold and the rubber o-ring is brittle and lets some air out? Will an o-ring conditioner help? Here is the valve I am talking about:

The one that goes in between the nano and nitrous bottle. I wanted to ask you guys first before I try a conditioner of some sort, so not to ruin the o-ring or something. Thanks!

Just an update, Brad and NANO have been amazing. There is no question about their customer service, they are a great company. Everyone who has nitrous should have NANO, just for the customer service alone, lol. Thanks again for everything!

I wanted to let you know that I received the part on Monday already and can once again attest to the top-notch customer service at NANO. I thank you for this as it is greatly appreciated!
I do have a question though about sealants in tow parts. In the picture I sent above where the braided line hooks into the valve you sent me, what type of sealant do you recommend for that area? Secondly, when I screw the new valve onto the bottle, what sealant do you recommend for those threads?
Thanks!

We use a black teflon. In the past we/or customers have used locktite, teflon paste. If you use teflon be sure to get the threads only with it.
If you are speaking of threading the black on/off valve onto the NANO bottle this is a o-ring hand tight seal. This does not require any sealant. If the o-rings are dry we recommend using 100% silicone on them. You can get a small tube or can of it at your local hardware store.

When you say "o-ring hand tight seal", do you mean it takes very little torque to tighten the valve to the bottle? If so, no tools required for that task?

Hello again,
I have been unable to locate the black teflon. Do you happen to know where I can find it?
