Default Problem installing nitrous outlet LT1 plate!

OK so I bought this kit a few months ago and decided to install it today, I received no install instructions! The plate is 1/2" thick and they sent me stock length bolts for the TB. After going to 4 different hardware stores I found the correct m8x1.25 80mm bolts (chrome ones ) OK so there are three little plates in the box with 3 flat head screws...what are they for? Also it seems I have to clearance for the air idle control valve under my TB. What do I clearence? Or what do I do? It hits the thermostat housing.

Thank you.

The .pdf file is on nitrous outlets site. The IAC body will hit the thermostat housing if your using any stock or aftermarket TB that uses the OEM IAC. I actually used the TPIS 58mm with their CNC billet IAC and it clears the water housing easily. You do have to remove the cable bracket mount on the drivers side of the intake, (3) screws. You should be provided with (3) aluminum tabs that extend the cable bracket mount about 6mm (1/4"), but you do have to grind a small amount off the bracket. It will make sense once you remove the bracket and mock up the adapters. Any other questions just ask, I'm a self declared expert on the LT1 plate kit install from Nitrous Outlet

I'm not sure if the TPIS IAC will work with anything other than their TB? Call TPIS and tell them what you have and they should be able to figure out whether it will work or not.

My Holley Tb cleared just fine with the stock IAC. I'd just file down the IAC housing a bit until it clears. If you feel like your taking off too much material take some off the thermostat Spout.
