Best way to hook up multiple grounds

Best way to hook up multiple grounds I think I am having a ground problem. When I open my e cutout the W/B freaks out and goes to 21. When I close it the W/B starts flashing like it does when you first start the car but never starts working. I have to restart the car to get the W/B to to work. I am not using the e cutout until I get it figured out.
Under the dash on the driver side I have all the grounds going to one spot. There is a stud and I have the grounds soldered in one ring terminal. I have the W/B, e cutout and the W/B gauge and I think the microedge grounded to that one spot. I remember the instructions saying the W/B should have the same ground as something else but I can't remember what.
Whats the best way to ground everything. In the W/B instructions it said it wasn't a good idea to have a bunch of individual ground because it can cause interference but I think that's what is happening now. I still have two more gauges I need to hook up but I want to fix this first.
