Thanks, not really sure. It was 3450 with driver before the nitrous install so i figure around 3500.

N2RACINGLS1's Man that is very impressive for sure hitting that stock internal engine with a 250 shot of nitrous and only with an aftermarket cam in it! Not many stock engines can take that!!

You will get that 9 second time slip next time out for sure I hope I am there to see it!!!

N2
Thanks N2, I hope to see you guys back down real soon!

singlesupra Congrats, wonder why you didnt pick up more(et) when you upped the shot though. You are almost there!
Thanks man, I would guess three things. 1. track was going away 2. I was a little rich 3. The faster you get the less ET you gain with the small increases.

Tyler Z28 try throwing up before you run lol. the models do it all the time.
LOL! I will pass on that one....

01SOMZ28 Damn nice Carter!
Thanks man!

Thanks man! Bottle is mounted on the tunnel between the back seats and no drag bar yet. I need one badly!

Thanks man, I've learned a tremendous amount in a short time and I think just maybe the next go around it should do it!

what about just swapping to a -6 line to the solenoids..You can pick up some power just in the line.

With a drag bar it could do it as well keeping you straighter in the groove and get the 9sec slip.

Do you have a chrs1313 ram air kit?

That is a good idea on the lines, the thought has crossed my mind. x2 on the Drag bar, I watched my vidoes today in slow mo and WOW am I twisting! As far as a ram air kit, I have the FTRA AC style that I opened up a little.

Between the anti roll bar and a better ram air system, and I'd guess 100 lbs that can come out I think you have 9.8 to 9.7 second capability, with NO improvement in the d/a at all.

My solution to your problem, you can put a 65 jet to that and see 8.90 I think once you have it ironed out LOL.

Gimmie a ring and I can go over some more weight you probably haven't ditched.

What time do you get off tomorrow so I can give you a yell?

Got 72.5lbs out of the car today carpet and backing, rear bumper support, misc panels and radio.... If you can get me 30lbs or more extra that would be sweet

I know the feeling, I went 10.008@133.9 in my 2000 Z/28 in my sig. That was a 150 shot + 11:1 346 h/c @ 3300 raceweight.

WOW, so you know how it feels! 10.003 was my best pass so I hope with the additional 72lbs off the car and the same tune-up it should go a .90 something.

It seemed like it left pretty crooked in the vid.. does it have a drag bar on it? Or is it just the angle of the vid or something?

Glad to hear you removed some weight. Look at the rest of the AC components and maybe the pass side seat belt. Also I know the cloth seat is light but you might loose a little bit by switching to a lighter seat. Blake and I are thinking bout getting the summit seats to use at the track.

Good call on the seat, I actually have one sitting in my garage that I haven't installed yet I really haven't had time to build a bracket for it, maybe this week would be a good time

Yeah I only her great things about them. Do you know how much more it weighed than the she stock sway bar? Since I lost the additional 72 lbs since the last runs the little extra weight shouldn't hurt especially if it helps increase my 60ft.

Awsome Carter!! Thats a very impressive time for that weight and set up! I have no doubts that youll get your 9sec slip. As for the stock roll bar vs drag bar. I don't know exactly but probably 3x the weight lol. But it's in the back so should only help! Good luck brotha!
