Short answer is YES to a 50-75 shot with no changes in the tune.

Many people love the dry shots, others not so much. Opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one and they all stink....

Stock Motor Cold Air Intake and Catbacks, I datalogged pulls starting w/ 50 to up to what should have been a Dry/Wet combo of 200. 100 shot and up we had to start to pull some timing. LOL so long answer yes...

Dry shot, depending on how your going to do your fueling, your AFR will be dependant on nozzle position relative to the MAF wires or you switching DIP switches on an electronic device that tricks the MAF to add the fuel for the size shot your wanting.

Wet is just easier to tune. It is not neccesarily better but easier for the noob to nitrous to play with.

With the tune you have now I would not suggest anything over a 75hp shot!
As long as you stay relatively low with you nitrous shot sizes it will work wonderful on your current setup!

You will hear many biased opinions about wet vs. dry, however the dry systems have a bad name because of tuning issues with them. Its never the nitrous' fault (its usually the tuners).... so for ease of tuning and reliability I would suggest wet!
