I would prefer just running race gas in the stand alone. Water/meth just doesn't have benefits to justify the headaches it can cause.
Trying to make sure the mix is right, getting jetting correct, the plug read not being as clean, Etc.
I would stick with e85 in the main tank and c16 in the stand alone if I had my choice. A lot of these decisions really need to be ran by the tuner. He has to make it all work and keep parts alive.

Ran strait water in a kit on Shiz's car when he won the Pump Gas Drags.
We were not allowed to use meth, water only.(fuel rule)
It did help lower the egt readings with it on but it was a pain in the ***.
If you dont have any crazy restrictions just put some good gas in it and be done with it.

I run a three nozzle set up. I have two nozzels in my carb bonnet and one with a bigger jet before my procharger and a progressive controller it works really well comes on around 6lbs of boost so I able to run on pump gas. Now if I spray I have a direct port 200 I run just straight c16
