Default You may say I'm a dreamer

So I have been spraying on my car for a while now. I have a stock bottom end 04 GTO with cam, PP 243's and a Vic Jr. with a direct port. Some of you might have seen some videos, but I'm pretty sure it's time to do a motor. Just like every other car guy I have a whole parts list picked out. I have this dream, and I'm not sure how realistic it is and neither is my wife. I'm here to get some opinions on if I'm insane or if this is a possibility.

So this is my idea:

450-500 rwhp on motor- The car makes 440 now
100-175 "street shot" - Plate or Single fogger
250-350 "track shot" - Direct Port
???-??? "I'll probably spray both shot" - LOL haven't even mentioned this yet

Want to run 10.XX full weight
22-25mpg on trips

I want to have 3 or 4 tunes with one being an N/A tune. This is going to be my DD. The car isn't a dd right now, but I plan on selling my current daily (90 454ss) to fund this entire build. My question is basically how reliable will a forged (stock cube) bottom end be even spraying that much. I'll obviously have different plugs for the track. And have to be conservative on the tune. Part of the build money is going towards some suspension parts and making the car more street friendly.

Spend ALLOT of time on the drive-ability portion of the tune and it's very possible. (wot tuning is the easy part)

Kinda looking at something similar myself. Only with more cubes. Looking at 10.xx on motor and 9s on the jug.

Im also getting into tuning with this project. I def understand WOT tuning, it's fairly simple to me, the other part, not so much. Any classes on HP Tuners I can take at all?
