custom switchplates
Does anyone make a switchplate where the actual firing of the nitrous is done by holding down a button?
my last car has a toggle switch to arm, purge, heat and a button i held down to spray
the first ten seconds are what im talking about......i held down the bottom button to spray and let go to stop.

you can wire it up how you want it, just gotta break the power or ground wire, alot of people do a wot switch, but if you want it on a button on the shifter, or steering wheel, you just gotta wire it in.
easily done.... Just install a momentary pushbutton in line with the relay trigger circuit.. really doesnt matter what side of the relay you interupt. only question is why.. just use a window switch if you do this... as i see no benefit of it. Inconsistent for track use and unsafe without a window switch and wot switch. If just for on the street seems kinda fast n furiouzzz but thats just my opinion
too much going on during a run.
too much going on during a run. me holding the button and depressing is the window switch. the car in the video, i consistently sprayed in 1st gear at 3000 and let off at the end of the race.
worked fine for me. i was hoping to find some pics of other ppl who have this in their f bodies

There are more than one setup where having a button can be very useful.

Kinda what makes the Custom...
Here is one I did for a Vette, its da Go Baby Go button...

F-Body would be similiar (different shape obviously).
Seems to me, a Momentary trigger switch would be better suited on the Steering wheel or shifter so your not leaning down looking away from the road though...Summit Racing has some of these switches.
A panel with the Arm Heater Purge is easy to do, the remote trigger switch would be separate from that though...
