Default 02 Z06 with 150 shot jetting question

When i had my nitrous outlet 78mm plate kit installed on my 02 Z06.... I noticed it was running really rich. What would you suggest? I currently have the suggested jets for 150- n62 f38. should i drop the fuel to 35 or 33?
i attached the dyno graph...the top run is NA, the middle is 150shot and the bottom is 100shot.

I run a f35 in my 150 NX wet shot. That should get you there. I also have a 02 Z06.

BTW how much timing are you running on n2o? You're getting 118whp out of a 150 shot. Seems low...

Probably because it's running so rich. I run a f33 on my NX wet nozzle kit. I would also like to know what his timing's at though.

The shop said they pulled 9 degree's of timing. I thought it was low too for a 150 shot.... I want to get the MSD timing twister in the next couple of months and have it re-tuned. what numbers are you putting down Sarge?

Well you have a decent size cam like I do and I pulled 9 degrees and I'm around 17 at WOT on the bottle. I use the resistor mod to pull my timing based on a table in the PCM only during my nitrous runs. You can't really trust a specific timing number to pull. You need to read the plugs. I would say your running a safe tune but some left on the table. Need to read plugs to know for sure. What plugs are you running?

I haven't dyno'd it on the bottle but I'm 467rwhp/430rwtq on motor though. I'm skeered of the dyno and nitrous...

I just use the *** dyno and data log. I also run known dyno'd vettes and see where I sit. I've beat 620rwhp SC'd C5s so I'd say I'm getting a good portion of my jetting out of it.

I'm running BR7's...when i get the car re-tuned im going to be reading the plugs. The tune i have now no one read the plugs at all. just looked at afr....I dont want to hurt anything by switching the fuel jet to a 35 for now..until i get a tune and see what it should really be.

Put a fresh set in and make a pass. Me and the other knowledgeable members can help you. Make a pass at the track and we can get that thing putting down the real numbers. ET's!

LOL yeah I don't have much to offer in return for everyone here has taught me but I help where I can.

Yes car is running great. Having an issue with my NGK AFX wideband with the NTK sensor. At WOT it reads as low as 11.3 AFR. The LC-1 I just removed and 2 different Dynos showed 12.8-9 at WOT. Can the bosch sensors be that far off or is the NGK wrong? Narrow-bands were in the 960s to 980s at the same time the NGK was at 11.6. The NGK is suppose to be the best consumer grade unit but...

So I gotta figure that out.

Ill PM you the number for the guy to talk to at NGK. I have not dealt with him on the sensors, but he is a VERY knowledgeable on plugs. If he can not diagnose it, he will know who to deal with.

I had to go to a 28f 62n jetting to get my afr to 12/1 on my nitrous outlet 78mm plate. My car made 366/425 N/a 477/561 150 shot on 25* timing not really sure why I only gained 110 rwhp on a 62 jet? Maybe the Yank ss4000 soaked alot of it up?

I only picked up 111hp, and 133tq on a .62 jet without nano. Big stalls eat power.

Sorry for the thread jack

Glad I'm not the only one that lost 40 hp through the stall
