MicroEdge+ issue?

MicroEdge+ issue? So the guy doing my install is having trouble getting this thing to fire the noids, here is what he told me
Noids work hooked to a 12v source (noids ok then)
Wideband readings from my UEGO are stuck & 16.0(on the edge display) but the UEGO is reading correct itself.
Im using a WOT switch but on the box its says the reading is 9.99 when set to find trigger output, but the edge only goes in increaments of ".05" so its gives you 9.95 or 10.00 (noids are not kicking on) he has it set at 9.95. Does this matter?
The edge just says TRIGGER but wont goto SPRAY.
Wiring looks all good, yellow to yellow and what not.
A/F is off set off in test mode and still not kickin on, like the noids are not switching to ground to kick on, they are getting power.
