Default Stepping up Setup looking for advice from experienced users

3800lb DD Malibu 70,000 mile 5.3 w/03 LS6 cam otherwise stock from the truck intake to the truck manifolds w/truck convertor, 4l65 and 3.50 gears. I've been spraying NX shark nozzle @150 jetting taking fuel off of rail fed by 255 pump, NGK 6 plugs and 26* timing, 93 octane. Activating w/NOS 2stage window switch (on 2500 off 6000, shift 6200) and running 11.95@120ish. I think and want to run 10's on nitrous before switching to turbo this winter, so here's the plan: Stand alone fuel system @9-10lbs pressure C16, 2nd shark nozzle jetted @100-125, on @3200, BR8 plugs @ .030, 16-18* timing, fed off single -4 line from bottle. Am I missing something here? Anything wrong with this plan? How critical is Plug indexing?

Matters how its jetted but 9-10 lbs flowing seems a little high. I wouldn't so much about indexing plugs but getting a good plug reading

I have a jet kit from NX that I ordered for that fuel pressure setting and I will monitor with wide band and plugs, I know that just because wide band says it's all good doesn't mean individual cylinders are. At this power level what A/R is best? 11.7 ish or leaner?

Usually stock readings are a little rich, there's not really a set reading for a wb to shoot for. Every car will be different, also placement, weather and type of gas can change these readings. Your on the right path for reading plugs. Find out what it likes via the plugs and use your wideband to make sure its not dropping out, ect.
