I have a NOS super pro shot 92mm plate system. I've read the solenoids will flow good enough for a 400 shot. My solenoids are fuel/16050dumn2o/16045. My real question is what is the max my plate will flow?

If you have the NOS LSX plate. The max it will flow is 200 FLYWheel HP.
