How much to run Im getting my 408 out of the machine shop this week. Its a cast 6.0 block decked align honed and all the fun stuff. i have a Callies 4.00 in crank (4340), Lunati promod rods and diamond flat tops. i am adding my PP stg2 ls6 heads and an R1 cam. i have dual fuel cells with areomotive fuel pumps. im wondering how much N2O i can run. i was looking at a DP 300 but i was wondering if i could go any higher. i was also wondering if i should just run 104 in both tanks or run 104 in the main and methanol in the small tank. i am speaking for track days only of course.

well, given proper tuning, and the ability to monitor performance you could run more than 300, but most people don't...Wade at ARE was one that ran more than 300 i believe, i've heard of a select few running 350+ but it's rare. do yourself a favor and call Watt and have him check those heads out and take the parts to him for assembly, MSMS isn't worth the property their shop is built on.
