Default spraying my LQ9 bottom end ?

Want to get a couple opinions if i can. here is my combo.
LQ9 botom, 20k miles
L92 heads milled .020 with good springs
custom comp 226/239 581/601 114
LS3 ported intake with 90mm edelbrock TB
Longtube headers with true duals x piped and dumped
Will be having a friend do the tune with HP tuner

Anyway i have a 175 wet shot sytem to put on the car if the stock cast pistons will handle it, Any opinions will help me out
Also any guesses on what kind of power i should expect from this setup ?

I would start smaller than that and work your way up to the 175 checking plugs at every step. With proper tuning, it should hold it just fine.

EPS 226/238 cam...this will make good streetable torque NA since the heads
have such large runner volume (slow port speed). Hopefully it will also clear
the pistons without flycutting since milling the heads and a 2.165" IN valve.
The 12 additional degrees on the exhaust helps the fact that this head has a
relatively low EX. to IN. flow ratio (about 65%) and nitrous likes additional EX.
as well. I'd guess your compression will be around 10.7:1 so you should be
around 430-440 rwhp NA and a proper juice tune should get you close to 575

Thanks, i actually just found out that my L92's are only getting milled .020. I have been told that the ptv risk wont be worth chasing the extra few hp, as well as possibly running into intake seating problems. Also found out alot more about these cam profiles. Noticed that the cams that were suggested by my local head porter had a larger exhaust duration and lift than the intake, and used a wide LSA. I am on the lookout for a good cam at a good price now.

Any guesses on how long a stock clutch will last, lol...

Or rear end, for that matter with good tires.
