Question: running E85 with C16 in standalone?

Question: running E85 with C16 in standalone? is anyone here running on E85 with C16 or any race gas in the standalone? are there any benefits or down side in mixing E85 with C16? i'm not really worried about fuel cost, just want to have a really safe tune. any input or advice is greatly appreciated.
mods are: cam only Ls3 with N/O plate kit, standalone on 200 shot.

You can do a 200 shot on pump gas all day long...
No need to mix in one with the other.
Just pick one and go for it...
It will make tuning your fuel side much simpler and more consistent by sticking with only one type of fuel....
