Not too hard. Just got some 1/4" thick x 1" flat
stock, cut to length, welded a second piece at the shifter end for double thickness (1/2"), drilled holes for the shifter mounting, welded a 1/2" diameter round rod to the end (cut a 1" notch for the round rod then welded it solid), threaded it for the B&M T-handle and then cut to length after threading. Then drilled the T-handle to accept the micro-switch. Drilled smaller hole for the wires. Epoxied the switch in place.
