Ammm you need to be specific, but I understand that you may race a C6 Z06 with 454ci engine and wanna know what the limit of his nitrous shot before he blow his intake in 5th gear !!
First of all, an engine of 454ci with stock deck tall will have 4.125" stroke X 4.185" bore ( LSX iron block or LS aluminum sleeved block ) .. most LS engine builders don't recommend running more than 4.000" stroke on nitrous specific motor due to the piston design will be changed ( less piston ring land ), but still you can run small shot like 100 ~ 150 shot
People may spray more than that on 4.125" stroke and it works, but will not last !
5th is overdrive gear and if the rear gear ratio is not close the engine will actually spinning slower than the wheels. Which can cause the fuel and N2O to load up in the cylinders and cause backfire. So the problem is not the intake.
Also if the C6Z gonna spray 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th .. that's too much heat build on the cylinders !!!

Also, regarding what work best for the street .. it is all about how the car set-up and for what race distance ! .. for example; down here where I live most street races begin with low roll and end with 400 meter or 600 meter .. I prefer N2O in these distance

But If I'm building a highway car that will start the race from high roll and wanna hit the 200 mph then I will go FI

Lol guys .. take it easy
I'm sure the OP is not from USA and his 1st language is not English. I think he is from Middle East. I understood what he is trying to ask and gave the answer
He was trying to ask a normal question but he cannot write it in English, maybe his English isn't great. It is hard for you guys to write & speak in other languages ( without using google translate
) so take it easy
