NX universal console switch question

NX universal console switch question PN 15896. the bottle opener and closer button and the purge button both click when u push them in, but the nitrous and bottle heater button dont make any noise and are hard to push in. is this normal or do i have a bad switch?

. no clicking, nothin. looks like ill have to send it back.
