As a general rule a 4in bore with stock pistons on a 5.3 or 5.7 aka 327 & 350 cu in Is 150hp shot of nitrous. A set of nitrous pistons will do more But stock wont Some guys hit 175 a few times But I wouldnt A 4.125 in cast piston should handle a 200 shot

It will take a 150 all day long. It will take more but I wouldn't go over a 250. Here is a 150 on a 5.3 in a stang

Had a 75,000 mile '04 5.3 , carb swap in S15. Shorty headers and small 218/220 cam and hit it with a 175 shot, Wilson Plate. Shift point of 6500-6600 on the kit. No problems at all and it went 10.30-10.40 on drag radial and leaf spring.
