Default How big of a difference between 800 psi and 1050 psi?

Currently have the 125 jet in. My best MPH so far has been 117 @ 800 psi, mid 116 @ 750 psi.. I'm thinking 1050-1100 should put me somewhere around 119.. Does that sound about right? (Motor went 108.6)
