NOS high-flow valve vs. old style

I have the opportunity to pick up a re-certified, older NOS bottle with the the old style valve for fairly cheap. Is there a huge difference in flow, or does that only come into play when running larger shots? I only run a 125 dry shot on my 5177.

Yes i does make a difference even on 125 shot as far as horsepower made per pound of nitrous.

How does the NOS brand bottle that has "Hi-Flow" embossed on the valve compare?

I have HI-Flow & Super HI-Flow. I saw zero difference on a 300 shot??
I would trust the HI-flow way more then those old antiques!!

Dan,
Odds are the valve in that bottle will flow what you need it to. Is it the best option out, NO. But are you going to see a difference if you spend 80.00 and upgrade the valve. Probably not.

If you do want a better valve this one is hard to beat.
