I have seen a handful of people with Stock LS1's shoot 150 shots and they lived for a long time!! I think I will hook a 100 shot on my car this summer and some 150 passes might be made if I can get my tranny setup right.. I think an LS1 will be ok for a while with a 150 should be ok!!'

Default 11's on stock motor with a big shot

I just need to know if its possible to run a 150 wet shot on a pretty much stock engine. I have to hit the 11's for 1 pass this spring. I have never run the SS at the track so I am guessing it will go DEEP 13's with my current mods. I have a complete NX wet system minus the progressive controller. My car is a 99 so I think it has the small injectors, but the wet shot should be good....shouldnt it? any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried calling him but every time I call I spend 45 minutes talking to him and never get my real question answered. I mostly get what I should buy from him.

Im in the 11s with a stock motor. It would be alot better if I had some slicks. My 60' times suck with a real bad bog. Thats with a 150 shot. I have run a 200 wet shot, but do not recommend it to anyone.

vig3200, air lid, exhaust, and a TNT 100 wet shot got me 11.54@116mph. was a good run with the 1.58 60ft.

Some of those shots sound a little dangerous in my book but then again I am far from the nitrous guru. Is there any particular type of plug to run with the bottle?

I'd stick a fuel pump on there before you put the 150 jets in.

My stock internal motor took a 2 stage(100wet+100dry) shot and ran a 10.89@126 and live to race another day. It is easily obtainable if you are safe and don't get to greedy with the bottle.

i run a 150 nx kit and on occation a little "bigger" its fine as long as you dont go lean.check plugs and all the little stuff. the extra .1 isnt worth the $$$$$$$ in repair cost

I went 11.81 @ 118.23 on a dry 150 shot. I think it is no problem on a 150 shot, if everything goes well.

I've gone 10.95 and that was through the cats no headers, all stock w/ a 100 shot tnt.I had 4.10s and et streets and left on it ,but it did it. If you're gonna run 150 I'd put a pump in it ,but you could probably get by for a while.I'm definatley gonna spray 150 this year well see what happens.

FWIW, I went 11.7@117.5 w/a NOS 125 shot on ET Streets. Mods were light--4:10s, Mac OFRs; Whisper, typical free mods. It can be done--key is combination. I ran one time--snapped axle 2nd all out pass. I know it has more in it.
