Default Copper head gaskets or not?

I'll try and make this to the point. The car is going in for the new shortblock and nitrous setup within the next few weeks. I plan on spending the majority of the time with the 150 shot, but do plan on seeing 200 shot. Should I go with copper head gaskets, or is there something better, OR will the stock head gaskets be good enough? I heard copper was not good for street use.

TIA

Even though this is nitrous related...I feel you'll get better responses in the engine section. I'll move it there <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
