Default Spark plug help

What kind of plugs should I get to run a 200 shot on a ls3.

Start with an B8EFS, 0.028"-0.030". I have had success w/the B7EFS on a 200 shot also, but I don't use a ton of spark. In fact, the plug looked better on 7s, than the 8, but 8s are a safe start.

I will definitely give those a try I got ngk's right now but not happy with them

Grab some NGK 1049's(B8EFS). I think they come out of the box at .028.
