how far should the nozzle be away from the maf ?

The nos kit is designed to go in the air box on the intake side of the air cleaner spraying side to side not straight down the intake pipe.You don't want to spray it right into the mafs it is a little delicate and very expensive.I had a zex kit on my 2000 Monte Carlo SS and I learned the hard way it srayed under the sensor wires in the mafs and leaned out, burned the tips off all six plugs.You want the nos to mix with the regular intake charge. I have installed the nos dry kit on 2 cars 1 in the air box the other in a wisper cold air intake really hidden well. That car has ran 12.50s 75 hp jets with the nos going through the KN air filter.Hope this helps you out.Rich
