Default ? about nitrous tuning

OK guys I had Rapid Motorsports remove my cats and rear O2s alongs with pcm codes for each. Mikey also installed an ARE stage 2 H/C/I. I would like to run 100 shot wet TnT style. I plan on sending my PCM back to Ed Wright fro re-tuning to pull the timing from 28.+ to 24. I also am going to change from NGK-TR55 to NGK-TR6 gapped at 32-35, install a Walboro are twin pump, MSD window switch, WOT switch, purge, NX bottle heater. I see so many posts about wideband tuning for the nitrous. If I have no rear O2s I can't wideband tune, can I? I thought that used the rear O2s for the A/F ratio. How would I go about hooking up a A/F gauge without rear O2s?

99Mongoose, actually your factory timing should be fine if its around 28 with just a 100 shot. Anything more like a 150 or 200 you may want to take out a couple degrees to be safe. I would also mix 93 oct. and some unleaded race fuel or run straight unleaded race fuel when your sprayin'. Yes they can still do a wideband. You don't need the rear O2's to check the wideband readings. They should just weld in a bung in the Y pipe and cap it for later use if need be. Your correct on the plug heat range and gap. Good luck.
