HELP SPARKPLUG ELECTRODE IS BLUE?

I made a couple of nos 125hp runs on the street.Upon checking sparkplugs they are all blueish colored. i am running a autolite 605 plug which is one step colder than stock.what does this mean and what should i do.

read that other post about plugs.

basically, its too hot (lean).
