Default What size injectores do I need ?

my car is making right at 420 RWHP on motor and I am running a 125 dry shot I was wondering if the 30lb SVO's I have are to small for my set up and I should get some 36lb injectors ?

30 lbs should be good for your horsepower level. Because of the higher fuel pressure found on an LS1 your actually running a much higher level thru the 30 pounders...think like 36-38lbs. How is your air/fuel ratio? That is one way to make sure your engine is getting the right amount of fuel.

I have a setup similar to Street Racer, but I am running stock 98 injectors. These are 28.6 lbs. from what I've read and heard. My o2 numbers at the track have all been acceptable with a 125 hp shot. Does anyone know if I would need to change the programming if I went to 30 lb SVO's. Did you Street Racer? Thanks for any info.

Hey you actually need a 34.3 lb injector but i would just go with a 36lb one so you don't have to run such a high duty cycle...

I didnt have a MAFT or anything for a bout a month and my 02's were at about 930 if I remember correctly , but I did use a MAFT for a while with the HPP3 I leaned the idle at 6% and it put my 02's at almost -0 at idle and leaned it out 8% on the WOT and my o2's were at 900.

With 420 on motor and wanting to add some N2O, I'd do 36s w/ custom tuning to be on the safe side. You don't really think 125 is all you'll want do you? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
