A Dry shot is when you inject nitrous by itself into the manifold, and expect the stock EFI system to compensate with more fuel.

A Wet shot is when you inject a combination of nitrous AND fuel into the manifold, and the stock EFI system doesnt have to compensate, because you have already provided the extra fuel.

Typically, you can run up to a 150 shot dry, beyond that you need a wet shot. However, people on here use a 125 wet shot.. i suppose its more safe?... i dunno. Im going to be installing a 125 dry shot within the next few weeks.

Default Honest question...

Pardon my ignorance, but can someone explain to me what the terms "Dry shot" and "Wet" mean pertaining to N20. Thank you.

On your car you will be pulling fuel for the fuel solenoid from the shrader valve (fuel rail) for a wet shot. The dry kit does not add the fuel as stated already.A 150 shot dry is really only 90hp.A 150 shot wet will give more low end torque and more horse power!!!With stock fuel pump stay at 100 shot.
