Is this a good price for a complete NOS 5177 setup?
Went by Andys Auto and he gave me an awesome price. Just wanted to know if everyone else thinks its good. The setup includes a NOS 5177 kit, MSD window switch ,purge kit ,dual gauge pod with NOS pressure and A/F ratio ,and complete isntall of parts along with installation of the bottle in the spare tire well ,all for $1100-$1150 ,give or take a few. I think thats good.
you could do it yourself cheaper.... none of it is really that hard... but that is still a pretty good price
figure:
1. Kit: 600
2. Purge: 100
3. Gauge pillar and gauges: 150
4. Misc parts to do it yourself: 50
Total price to do yourself: 900
so 200 in labor isn't that bad, but it's more fun to do yourself <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I can understand that.... it took my a while to hook my system up..... spent alot of time on the electronics layout and still haven't sprayed (ready now, just need to fill the bottle)
