Fuel system question for a big shot
I was looking at setting up a nitrous system on a 2000 Z28, and wanted to get rather agressive with it. It has most all the bolt on's available, but the motor is completely stock. I am planning to run two stages, a 75 dry, and a 200 wet. Now, I know what you are thinking, no way it will hold. Well, we'll see about that What I am concerned about is making sure I have enough fuel to support the power, as that seems to be the #1 source of nitrous meltdowns.
I already have the world famous Walbro 255lph in-line. I'd like not to replace the stock pump if I don't have to. What other changes would I need to make to support the power? I'm looking at roughly 340 rwhp on motor, and a total of 550ish rwhp on both stages.
Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks for the help!

Upgrade to larger injectors.
Good luck!

I imagined that would be necessary. I figure SVO 30#'s would be sufficent, as they flow 36#s at our fuel pressure level, and most of my shot will be wet anyway.
So, what about things like the fuel line? Does it flow well enough? Are there different fuel requirements for pushing 550rwhp from nitrous vs 550rwhp N/A?

I think I remember the Colonel mentioning having to open up the fuel rails a bit. Maybe he will come in here and elaborate, as my short term memory is a bit lacking. Oh, and BIGBOS mentioned he was building a fuel system for his car. Maybe he'll come share some info as well.
