msd window switch?

Default msd window switch?

i called msd and they said i need to add a 8913 tach adapt it is so i will not burn out my computer does anyone else have this or any trouble without it? p.s.i know i hook up to the 10 pin on comp. is the comp on the pass. side of car first one or second board?thanks!

I don't know what pin it is - another site (that I will not mention) has all the pins for all years of our cars.

But I do not have any type of intercept - direct tap into my aftermarket tach.

Look up Fireball's wire diagram (don't know the link but just find a post of his). I works great.

Pin 10 on the red side. (you will see the color of the plug when you remove it from the PCM)

Also clipping both the loops would simulate the mod they speak of. The window switch needs to be wired as a 4 cylinder on our cars because of the ignition system. I am not exactly sure what they speak of, but this is what I have done and everyone else I know. "no complaints yet"

BTW,
The wire you are looking for is white!
