SES light after third spray???

SES light after third spray??? A buddy of mine has a 1998 Z with a NX wet kit. After third spray his SES light came on. The car ran/runs fine (on and off the bottle) but the SES light won't go out. What do you guys think it is?

Re: SES light after third spray??? check pulgs (and god forbid you ran on stock plugs) if they are fine then find autotap and look and see what it is, if you find a misfire on a certain cylnder then check the springs, push rods and if its all good do a compresion test, i went through the same thing and had a hole in my piston, but it ran fine until i ignored it and sprayed agin,we all know what happened then.....
