Default Nitrous pressure/bottle warmer questions

1.- How much does nitrous cost in your area?
2.- With a 10 lb. bottle, how many runs from 20mph -110/120mph or so will I get?
3.- How many runs can I make using the bottle pressure only before I need to turn on the warmer?
4.- What kind of bottle pressure will a half-filled bottle at 5lbs have?
5.- Who has the best bottle warmer? Why is NOS so much cheaper than NX and TNT? $120 vs $200
6.- NX or TNT? NX has one nozzle and TNT has two. Better flow, mixture?
7.- Does TNT have better solenoids? Stainless steel or something?

Thanks for any help.

$3.75-$4.00/#.

Depends on what size shot. With 47/26 jets which is essentially an NOS 100 shot I get 8-10.

The warmer should be used whenever you spray. Even with a full bottle I only sometimes only get ~800 PSI.
4.- What kind of bottle pressure will a half-filled bottle at 5lbs have?
I still have 750-800 PSI @ the halfway point.

I'd have to go with Dyno Tune, Cold Fusion or NX. They are all pressure regulated. The Dyno Tune and Cold Fusion are a little cheaper @ ~$150, less if you only get the heater element and pressure switch and use your own relay and wire.
6.- NX or TNT? NX has one nozzle and TNT has two. Better flow, mixture?
7.- Does TNT have better solenoids? Stainless steel or something?

I will qualify my answers with the fact that I have only filled my bottle twice and do not have a warmer as of yet. Soon though.

Thanks for the answers 5 liter. That clarifies a lot. I had a friend spraying a 150 shot and he said he only got 6 so that sounds about right. I'm happy because nitrous is only about $3 around here but I'm still a little dissapointed and scared at the fact that it cost $3 for each spray. I figure I probably get in ten races a weekend so I'm looking at $30 a week about 30 weeks a year. Basically about $1,000.00 a year. DAMN!

Yea, I'm quickly coming to that realization too... Figure about 4-5 years before you would have spent enough for a supercharger though (for a vette anyway).
