Default NOS progressive controller diagram

I am helping a friend install a 5177 kit with a MSD RPM switch and an NOS progressive controller on someone else's car. He bought the controller used and does not have a wiring diagram with it. Does anyone have any information they could give to help me out? The kit works fine with the RPM switch, but neither one of us has ever used a controller before and we can't get the system to work using the controller

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

not sure on the instructions on the NOS kit, but i would be careful using a progressive controler with the small noids that come with the NOS 5177 kit.

Well, its not my car, it is a customer's car and he wants it on there. I just need the wiring diagram so it is operational. If he decides it isn't worth it, he can take it back off. Anyone else? I do appreciate the heads up though.

Thanks,
Kevin

If memory serves me correctly:
1. 12 volt + = 12v signal from master arm
2. Ground = obviously
3. 12 volt + = 12v output from main solenoid relay
4. 12 volt + = 2nd stage delay output
5. NOS solenoid GND = ground to "fluttered" solenoid

The Digital Progressive Controller has 12v+ to all system components and controls/regulates using ground signal.

Progressive controllers tend to beat the seats out of the solnoids. It is recommended that another new solenoid be installed in front of the ones you are using now as a main on/off. The controller can them pulse width modulate the 'noids that came with the kit to control flow. The new one will keep N2O from seeping into the engine when the system is not armed after the seats begin to wear out.
