Question Q: jets & max hp for line

need jet size for 175hp shot for plate system???

and can anyone tell me if my 4na line will run a 200 shot effectively or do i need to change to 6na line to run a 200 shot ,reading different stuff bout this ,some say 175 is bout max for 4na line ,

not sure bout this

I know the old nos cheater kit comes with a -4 an line and is good to 250 hp.

Oh and I think the jets depend what plate you are using.

175 jets for us is 73N/38F on 55 rail pressure
200 jets are 78N/44F on 55 rail pressure.

4 an lines will start to tap out at around 225. It all depends on how many restrictions that you have in the system. Hard bends will decrease flow but you should still be able to get 200-225 no problem.

...as Neal said above, -4 lines are very sensitive to number of hard bends/fittings, but also the length of the supply line.

Trunk mounted tanks using -4 supply lines start topping out pretty early.

Just go with a 6an and be done with it.

As far as jet sizes, every company rates their jetting/hp different, so I don't go by their ratings. However, robietherobot.com is pretty accurate on the nitrous jetting. Fuel jetting is a different story.
