Default How big of a shot on a forged engine

I was thinking about buying the Nitrous Express dual stage kit. I'm building a forged engine. Stock crank, Lunati pro-mod rods, & Diamond forged pistons. Providing the drive train can handle it, how big of a shot would be considered "safe". I know peoples opinions of "safe" vary. Lets just keep it of of the "borderline insane" range.

As far as your motor goes, it should be safe for a 200 - 250 shot. The efectiveness of your shot also depends on the size of your motor.
