Do you have a fuel pressure safety switch? The surging may be due to running out of adequate fuel pressure.

NO PRESSURE SWITCH JUST A GUAGE. PRESSURE IS AT 60 TO 62 POUNDS. DOESN'T DO IT ALL THE TIME

Are you pulling the power for the solenoids from the MSD rpm switch? If this is the fact this will cause it. At first I had mine set up like that and had the same problems. Think you have KR kicking in?

You say that it doesn't surge all of the time? If it surges's only after you have made several passes on your bottle, some times the TNT kits seam to do that a little when the bottles are half full or less. Also; I found a problem with my fuel noid. When you pull it apart, there is a small orange rubber piece that is supposed to seal it back up to stop the flow of the fuel; well, mine and others I've come to find out, that the orange rubber piece gets " Swelled Up " from gasoline and ends up partly or eventually fully clogging up the fuel noid and not letting any gas pass through. I replaced mine and gained 56 rwhp and 75 rwtq. And no more surgeing either!!!!!

Hey Country Boy;

I HEARD THE SAME THING ABOUT THE CHEAP GAS, AND THAT IS TRUE; BUT; i HAVE ALLWAYS; " ONLY " PUT EITHER EXXON OR MOBIL SUPER UNLEADED GAS IN MY Z06 AND I DID HAVE THE FUEL NOID SEAL SWELL UP ON MY CAR; SO I DON'T THINK IT'S JUST A BAD GAS PROBLEM; ITS GOTTA HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE RUBBER THEY USE ALSO; BUT YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT GONNA ADMIT THAT ONE!!!! " RECALL " !!!!!
