Nitrous tank and purge

I've been arguing with my friends that if you just have a nitrous tank and a purge kit, thats all you need to purge. Am I right or no?

Yeah, if all you wanted to do was spit out nitrous at $3.50 a pound and not put anything into the motor, that's all you would need.
