Cheap Direct Port

Cheap Direct Port
Well I wanted to see if I could do one on the cheaper side and here is what I came up with. 1 Nos noid since most .115 and up flow 350+ So I went with Nitrous Outlet for the noid b/c I really like the purge port built in and its .125 bottom exit and work great for what I wanted. Anyways with all the fittings, distro block, nozzles, jets, b nuts and tube sleeves. Total was $250 without the noids fyi this is dry also b/c I am using BS3 to add fueling and activation. Here is a pic dont think its too bad considering a plate is more costly for what I was wanting to do. Oh yeah nozzles are Zex straight discharge. Since I see no need for more costly 90's with FAST runners being so long. Plus N/A performance should not be effected since they are flush with the top of the runner. Not saying its for everyone but if you have means to go dry with EFI live, Holley, BS3, MS3X, etc dont think its a bad option is all.

When I asked a few experts they said it would be fine. Now if i was class racing a jet limited class not ideal but the noid will flow 400ish. Also I was told if I go to larger jets like 32+ would be a bigger difference than a 2 noid setup but I plan no more then a 28 for now and if I want more I can put a trashcan noid but doubt I will need that for my goals.

Looks great! I'm doing a setup almost identical to this on my ls6 intake. If you have a standalone ecu and big enough injector, this is definitely the way to go. Even distribution, clean and simple install.

Yeah I thought about that but I highly doubt I will spray more then this noid is capable of. Plus I am not sure if it will be progressed eventually and rather work with this then a trashcan. I will have to sleeve this LS7 block for my peace of mind and get a different cam anyways if I spray anywhere close to max potential.
