Would you mind sending me the info on where you found the Venom kit for $1010? Not sure if you can post it here, if not, please email it to me at timkihm@hotmail.com
TIA.

Also, the way it adds fuel is by modulating the pulsewidths of the injectors competely independently of the car's computer. The injectors were never designed to operate in this manor, and who knows how easily the Venom computer could push your injectors over their max duty cycle. So in this case you need to upgrade your injectors ($300+). At the best case you have like a $1300 dry N20 kit that you basicly could have assembled from a NOS kit for about $700 dollars AND got a 15lbs. bottle with it.
If you're willing to drop $1300 on a nitrous system, go head and get the TNT F2 or the NX MAF kit and pimp it out with a bottle warmer, and the Ramchargers timing computer. You'll make more power with a MUCH larger margin of saftey.

They WILL NOT work well for our cars. They rely on using the 02 sensors to determine rich or lean states.

Although the O2 sensors are not good enought to tune with, they are accurate enough to tell rich from lean at WOT.
The pulse width is not "completely dependent" the system is monitoring your current PW comparing that to your thottle position, N2O %, and RPM to come up with a new fuel map and PW. There is a reason it cost over a grand! Venom has spent many hours with a LS1 on a dyno with a EGT and wideband. They know what they are doing.
I have attempted to run a 150 shot but do get an "O2 error" - system shut down (engine/damage saved). But I can run a ~140 shot but it seems to brutal for what I am will to put the car though. Running around town with it is nice because I can leave it in Linear mode and have HP on demand.
Times below are with a ~110 shot, no stall, and an A4 with shift issues. Looking forward to getting my 11 second timeslip soon.

Venom 2000 has certain features that do not seem to be designed for high NOS % (60-100%) or all-out drag racing.
Hopefully, I did not kill this thread.
