Fuel Pressure Switches Quick question... when a fuel pressure switch is mounted after the solenoid to allow fuel pressure to rise in the line going to the fogger nozzle, will the fuel in that line ever reach 50 psi???? I would think it has too in order to maintain the pressure of the entire system.
I have the system wired correctly to allow this to work... two relay's (one per solenoid) which has the fuel come on... and then the nitrous is wired to come on after the pressure in the line gets to 50psi.
Should the switch work in this fashion?????

Re: Fuel Pressure Switches I'll save you some time....I tried to get my FPSS to work and even used a calibration station to set it. It would turn on and off with engine vibration. Toss the switches in the trash and use an A/F gauge.
Re: Fuel Pressure Switches im not sure if the fuel will get to 50 psi after the noid, well, at least not quick. and i really dont like the idea of just liquid gas running into an intake, w/o the nitrous there to atomize the mizture.
Personally, when i do installs, i run them before the fuel noid, and just one relay, to power both the noids.
have never had a problem in the setups ive worked on.
