NITROUS QUESTIONS.......HELP Team:
I am planning on putting nitrous kit on my otherwise 2002 WS6. Its pretty much stock....mods are in my signature. Pls help me answer following questions as I hardly know anything about nitrous....I seldomly race on track so I just want it for little fun:
1) If I plan on staying below 100hp shot, which kit will be best for me wet/dry without adding anything else to the car?
2) Which kit is best bang for buck?
TNT, NOS, VENOM, NX etc?
3) Can my existing engine, transmission, rear end etc support 100hp nitrous shot.....I put 335hp to the wheels.
4) Also, is it possible to take out nitrous kit withoutleaving any trace incase I have to go for major warranty issue?

Re: NITROUS QUESTIONS.......HELP You want the NOS 5177 dry kit. Its the easiest, simplest kit to install and use. Also the easiest to take off. Yes you can remove the kit for warrenty work <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> and the 6 speed can handle it with no problems <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: NITROUS QUESTIONS.......HELP Is it true I will have to change fule filter every 6 months if I put NOS 5177 dry kit on my 2002 WS6. I have 3K miles. I will be occasioanlly using NOS.

Re: NITROUS QUESTIONS.......HELP I would vote for dry kit also. I wouldn't worry about fuel filter that much. Its a good idea to get autotap or something to keep an eye on things. The only thing hard to take off would be a plug change. I do recommend changing plugs and keeping stock plugs for any warranty.
