wiring nitrous with a fuse junction box

wiring nitrous with a fuse junction box so far I got a 6 gang box of fuses
my main feed is a 10 gauge wire is that high enough?? to supply a purge arming switch and line lock....
can I run a 12 gauge wire outta that box with a 25 or a 30 amp fuse to run my heater will everything be okay and get enough power with my size of wire??
what u guys recommend.
