I have a msd window switch but haven't had the chance to install it. My bottle is the way its suppose to be, I even checked the siphon tube when i first received it. Both solenoids are working and so is the WOT switch. The only thing I have left to check is the spark plug gaps(which are gapped at 41 if i'm not mistaken).

Well guys, I think the problem is that I'm not receiving enough fuel. I'm thinking of going to the 28 injectors(have a 99 ls1). What do you techies think?

How would going to a smaller fuel jet fix a problem of not getting enough fuel? If that's the case I would think you will compund the problem.

I thought the 99's and 00's had the 26 injectors, if not then my mistake.

Injectors have nothing to do with it. The NX system is providing all of the extra fuel off of the rail for the nitrous.

Looking at your A/F ratio according to your graph, you are very rich for most of the pull. Put the 28 jet in, then take it for a ride. You will pick up a lot of power, for sure. I also believe your plug gap is to tight. Open them up to .040-.042. Also, does the place where you have your bottle filled use gravity feed or a pump? If pump, sometimes the seals go bad in the station pump and causes regular air to get pumped in the bottle along with the nitrous. This would cause surging for sure. I've seen this happen a lot. Good luck.
