Default Nitrous question #2 Help!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just picked up a Wet Nitrous Express kit with a WOT switch and a Window switch

Alright guys ive had some conflicting info amongst some people ive talked to..

The first opinion was made by my tuner. He said, " You should be able to run a 50 shot of N20 without making any tuning changes to your tune as long as you run colder plugs but he said it wouldnt be smart to go above that.

(we also live at 4500ft so our cylinder pressures are much lower than most of you).

Now I have a few people here on a local forum with lots of nitrous experience..

The consesus with them is " I have never taken out timing for anything less than 150 shot and have only ran colder plugs" and that 150 shot is not that big for a 346ci motor

So what is more accurate? I would rather not take out timing if I dont have to since im not going to go over 100 shot.. Im doing a wet kit so I dont have to do injectors or add fuel that way.

Im just so lost on what to do or who to listen to.. I just dont want to blow up my car! What do I do!!!!

Get it tuned. If your that worried about losing power then invest in the lingenfelfer lnc2000 that will allow you to pull the timing out of your tune only when you want to use nitrous. But I would definitely have it tuned and have the timing pulled if you dont want to buy the lnc

Are you trying to run a dry shot or a wet shot?
