Default Lifted head on dyno?

Was on the dyno last Thursday. Here is the skinny..

418
13-1cr
PRC 237 heads
Super Vic with dominator tb
NX 2 stage plate
2" TSP headers
3" x-pipe
Vacuum pump
Meziere EWP
Stock diameter ARP 2000's torqued to 80lbs
Cosmetic gaskets

I am running on E85

Made 516rwhp on motor through a loose stall and Power Glide
With 57n/35f made 615rwhp (AFR was 11.4 on the gas scale)
With 70n/46f made 689rwhp (AFR was 11.3 on the gas scale)

I fell it is a little rich on either stage, but not overly rich.

NA I have 27* timing in it.
On the 57n pull I was absolutely stupid and pulled 0* timing.
On the 70n pull I pulled 4*

Right after the 70n pull I noticed I had water coming from the lower radiator hose at the pump and that I had water sitting on the radiator at the cap. Coolant temp on pulls were at 162* and it did not climb.

Zero KR on the data logger.

Just did a compression test. #4 is the lowest at 187psi where all the rest are between 195 and 205.

Only thought I have is I lifted a head.

Doing some more research I probably have a little too much timing in it which I will back down further, put fresh plugs in at the track and pull all of them on the first few N20 passes to see if any holes are hotter than the rest.

Big question I have is, if I did lift a head on the dyno, assuming i back timing down and bring it in slowly, is this going to cause me further problems at the track?

Do I need to pull the heads and replace gaskets?

I am planing on minimally re-torquing the heads.

Any info would be great.

I've seen fords lift heads, cool and be fine, when an ls starts pushing water I've always pulled the head and replaced the gasket. It's alot of risk to push water when going down the track. At the very least, I'd make a few more dyno pulls and see if it is still pushing water. Would hate to see you risk watering down the back tires at the 1000ft and losing the car over a head gasket. just my 2 cents.

Over timed for sure.
What plugs are you using?

Doesnt sound like its hurt, some guys like to overfill the rad.
1st couple runs on fresh set up would always put a little water in the overflow on ours.
We just drain it and not add any until it stopped.... pop the cap off when cold and it would look a little low on coolant but it never run hot or put anymore water in overflow.

Good practice to compression test motor before you start spraying it so you have a baseline.
Check it after a race weekend/dyno session to see if its hurt.

I am going through this same thing my self. Mine is a similar combo. We started going up on the shot, and the car started randomly making hard moves to the right just passed the 60ft mark. We discovered water on the frame rails, and put 2&2 together. Back on the dyno it was pressurizing the radiator fast enough that it was spraying out around the cap. I put a 22 pound cap on, and that seems to have taken care of it for now. I also enlarged the weep hole in my catch can hoping this might help if it does do it again.
Water on one tire with a spool is no fun.

Thanks for the info guys.

Right now I have a -9 plug in the truck. The -8's that were in it last August running on motor looked awesome. Figured a -9 would be ok on the single stage and have -10's and -11's for when I start the second stage.
