What size plug and gap for 100 shot and a 150 shot thanks, and how often do you think they need to be changed

Ngk Br7ef gap them at .035 andput fresh plugs in and change them right after every pass till your nitrous tune is perfect (learn to read your plugs)... Once your tune is good just let them eat all day on a 150 shot
